I’m "Ollie" to most 36, from Brighton, UK. I started tossing spices into sauces just to see what happened. Curiosity turned into a full-blown love affair with food. I’ve cooked in a few London kitchens but found my spark hosting pop-up dinners and sharing stories behind ingredients. Fermentation, British veg, and letting flavors speak? That’s my jam.

Casey Mitchell
Baking Specialist
I’m Casey, 42, just outside Austin, Texas. I grew up on a step stool beside my grandma, learning that butter and cast iron fix just about anything. Now I cook for my crew of five and share tips with home cooks chasing joy, not stress. Southern comfort food’s my roots, but I love mixing in flavors from everywhere. Burnt biscuits? Still count. My kitchen’s about love, laughter, and plenty of leftovers.

I’m Luana, 28, from Salvador, Brazil now cooking out of São Paulo. My roots? Family barbecues and Sunday moqueca with my mom. These days I teach beginners online, showing that frying an egg or chopping an onion doesn’t need to be scary. Food should feel doable and fun. From pão de queijo to rice and beans, I’m all about cheering you on in the kitchen.
